In the World of Superpowers, the United States, United Kingdom, France, and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics share an uneasy but peaceful alliance with one another. Their main seats of diplomatic negotiations are West and East Berlin in West and East Germany, and Multinational Vienna in West and East Austria. Since June 15th, 1989, with the Hamburg Convention, these four superpowers have been peaceful with one another, yet still have uneasy feelings about each other. The USSR has dissolved all but 2 of its satellite states, but has retained its present borders and still possess East Austria and Germany, East Berlin and their areas of Vienna. The US, UK, and France still possess their areas of West Austria and Germany, West Berlin and their areas of Vienna.
